Arrival Assistance Process: Upon arrival, our team will be waiting for esteemed guests directly before passport control, holding a sign with the guest’s name. We are equipped to facilitate visa processing through a bank service for a fee of $25 or 100 Saudi Riyals, ensuring guests avoid queuing at the bank. Additionally, we prepare passport card details and the necessary documentation for diplomatic passport stamping. Subsequently, we assist guests with baggage claim and escort them through customs until reaching the vehicle exit point.
Departure Assistance:
Departure Assistance Process: For departure, we meet guests at the vehicle exit point, collect their baggage, proceed through security checkpoints, and then proceed to the flight counter for boarding, baggage check-in, and receipt of baggage tags and passport cards. We then record guest information from their passports onto the passport card, accompany them to passport control, and ensure passport stamping from the diplomatic queue.
